Story:
Monkey Capital hires monkeys as stock pickers. At the end of each year, monkeys picked stocks to construct their annually balanced portfolio products -Monkey 5, Monkey 10, Monkey 25, Monkey 50, Monkey 100, Monkey 150 and Monkey 200, which are composed of corresponding numbers of stocks in the portfolio. Since monkeys will get tired of the long list of US equities then tear the paper and eat it, investment data analysts prepare a shorter list of US equities - constituents of SP500.
Performances:
Below is the performance data obtained from Monkey Capital website.

Figure 1. Mean annual returns (arithmetic) and annual volatilities (arithmetic) of monkey portfolios.
In addition, Monkey Capital also published the performance charts of their Monkey 5 and Monkey 25 Portfolios. The red line in the chart represents SP500; grey lines are 100 monkey portfolios.

Figure 2. Cumulative returns of monkey 5 portfolio (100 samples) Vs. SP500 (red).

Figure 3. Cumulative returns of monkey 25 portfolio (100 sample) Vs. SP500 (red).
